Just wait and sit back.
Watching all his team doing all the work.

If 'He' don't give orders.
Who will?

Does the secretary gives orders?
For I know of...
Secretary only do paper works.
Anything that is related to secretary himself.
Or...
Could it be the treasurer?

They're the team.
A team that helps each others.
Advising, planning and execute.
'He' is the only one who's eligible to order around!

Think again?
If... the secretary have lots of works.
And complaining that too much work.
Seeing that 'He' does not do anything.
Blaming everything on 'He'.
What about the treasurer?
The treasurer must have something to do also.

Point is ...
'He' will be the ultimate scape goat.
Work not done by the team.
The superior will have no doubt ...
But to blame only on 'He'.

Reality is ...
Secretary thinks for secretary part.
Treasurer thinks for treasurer part.
And other members only think about themselves.

But 'He' ...
Have to thinks for the others.
Not only the secretary's problems.
Not only the treasurer's problems.
But for the whole organization.
For that is his part.

'He' be the head representer of the organization.
'He' would be the first to move.
The responsibility that 'He' weights.
For the pressure that is put on 'He'.
It takes a great effort ...
And strength to be one.
Do you still think it's easy?

If you do ...
Why not you try and be one.
Feels what it feels like.
Maybe that will satisfy your proclaim.
Maybe you'd get the enjoyment in it.
Maybe even be a great person than 'He'.
Think you can handle it?
